J.Rowe Poetry has a mission to educate, raise awareness and inspire others through the art of spoken word poetry. They harness the power of spoken and written words in order to promote hope and belonging in their listeners. On and off stage J.Rowe is full of life and exploding with creativity energy.
We carefully created two separate logo animations for J.Rowe. We wanted both an illustration style art piece familiar to the popular Retro/ Lofi aesthetic and an outlined logo to overlay on their video productions.
J.Rowe’s background in education and counseling shows up in their poetry and leads to positive growth and contemplation in their audience. Their consistent sunny demeanor is reflected in the sun and sunflowers in their brand identity and icon variations.
At Fariss Ryan Designs, we normally advise 3-5 branding colors. Here we broke that rule in order to feature tones of each color. We found that with this specific brand image, specific colors felt life giving.
